What this site stores, what it sends, and what it does not do at all.

The short version

There is no account and no form, so there is nothing you type that we could keep. Practice tests run entirely in your browser. Measurement is cookieless by default, and Google Analytics only runs if you say yes.

What is collected

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without setting cookies and without building a profile or an identifier for you. Cloudflare also processes the technical request data needed to serve and protect the site, including your IP address, as our hosting provider. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 additionally measures how the site is used, with IP anonymisation on; Google is then a recipient of that data and may process it outside the EU.

On what basis

Serving and securing the site rests on our legitimate interest in operating it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google Analytics rests solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time below.

What is stored in your browser

Your theme choice and your analytics decision are kept in localStorage. Your progress through a practice test is kept in sessionStorage and disappears when you close the tab. None of it is transmitted anywhere, and none of it is used to identify you.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can complain to a supervisory authority. Because we hold no account for you, a request will usually be answered by telling you what a given identifier does and does not contain.
